Who should answer the survey?

Organizations that wish to measure their maturity in business analytics. This survey should be filled, preferably, by a person that leads or has complete visibility of functions related with business analytics. Depending on the organization, a fitting respondent could be either:

• The CAO/CTO/CDO/CIO, a C-level executive oriented to analytics or technology
• The CEO/COO/CMO, a C-level executive not specifically oriented to analytics or technology
• A VP reporting directly to the C-level
• A Director reporting to a VP

How much does it cost?

Your participation in this survey is completely free and voluntary.

How long does it take?

We estimate the survey takes an average of 15 minutes to complete, including the time for reviewing instructions, and completing and reviewing the information.

How do I know you received my answers?

After submission, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation that your responses were successful received. If the e-mail does not arrive to your inbox, please contact our support at base@lptlabs.com

Who uses the data?

The BASE team will observe the strictest confidence regarding the information supplied by respondents. Your completed form remains confidential and statistics will only be published in the form of aggregated data. The data collected from this survey will be used to build the company report and for benchmarking within the scope of BASE project.

What do I get?

After BASE’s completion, you are entitled to tailor-made recommendations regarding the main analytical improvement opportunities within your organization, coupled with selection of real success cases.
